Week 1

AI Foundations

What AI actually is, how ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini work, and how to use them responsibly at work and in life.

Prompt Engineering

How to write prompts that get reliable results every time. Structures, iteration, and diagnosing when AI gets it wrong.

You build: A personal prompt library of 10+ reusable prompts
Week 3

AI Tools for Work

The practical toolkit — documents, scheduling, email, note-taking, images, video, and audio. Choosing the right tool for each job.

You build: A workflow demo completing a real task faster with AI
Week 4

AI for Content

Using AI to write, design and produce social content. Assembling individual tools into one personal workflow that saves time every day.

You build: A complete piece of content produced end-to-end with AI
Week 5

Automation Foundations

Zapier, Make and n8n — what they are, how triggers and actions work, and how to connect apps without writing code.

You build: One working automation that removes a repetitive task from your day
Week 6

AI Agents

What an AI agent is, how it differs from a simple automation, and how to build one — a support responder, email classifier, or custom workflow.

You build: A functioning AI agent with a short walkthrough
Week 7

Build with AI (Vibe Coding)

Use AI to scaffold, build and debug a small app, site or tool. No deep coding background needed. Introduction to version control and hosting.

You build: A working prototype built primarily with AI assistance
Week 8

Capstone and Portfolio

Finish and ship your capstone project. Build a GitHub portfolio page. Present your work at demo day in front of peers and mentors.

You build: A shipped project and a public portfolio. Graduation.

Month 1 — Weeks 1 to 4

Foundations and Fluency

AI literacy, prompt engineering, everyday tools, and content production. Things anyone can learn fast — building early confidence before the technical work starts.

Month 2 — Weeks 5 to 8

Applied Building

Automation, AI agents, app building and the capstone project. By week 8 you have something real, hosted, and ready to show.
